Record Transcription
We'll transcribe the information in your aircraft maintenance logbooks into an Excel® file with spreadsheets for Airframe, Engine, and Prop to facilitate a digital search capability of all the data. Now you can do a quick “word search” to look for when and by whom a certain part was repaired or replaced, or specific maintenance was performed. Records can be indexed to afford rapid file search.
Web Access to Records
Once your aircraft records are converted into a digital format we can host them on our secure website, ensuring redundant storage as well as affording you 24/7/365 password-protected access.
Electronic/Digital File Storage
Where are your aircraft's maintenance logs? Are they stored at your local FBO or aircraft maintenance shop? Where does your mechanic keep your logs when they are in their care? If lost, how would you reconstruct your maintenance logs? How much would your aircraft be devalued if your maintenance logbooks were lost?
These are scary questions that many aircraft owners or service providers may not have considered. But once your aircraft records are converted into a digital format, you can save them to your hard drive, to a disk or CD, and create multiple copies to ensure a copy of your valuable aircraft records always exists and are conveniently accessable.

We can relieve you of the task of shipping the aircraft records to us by arranging personal delivery / retrieval of the records with on-site conversion available. We can also perform on-site records capture to facilitate any / all desired follow-on services.
